- What it is
-
An informal, loosely structured 1-hour
conversation on Zoom. Not a lecture, not
clinical support — just people talking
honestly about ADHD and neurodivergence.
- Confidentiality
-
Confidential. What's shared in the group
stays in the group.
- Recording
-
Sessions are recorded privately. Zoom
recordings are kept private and are only
accessible to me. I use them to reflect on
and improve the talks and, where appropriate,
develop future teaching materials. No
recordings are shared or published, and no
personal stories or identifying information
are used.
- Camera
-
Please turn your camera on when joining so
everyone can be welcomed into the space.
You may turn it off afterwards if needed.
- Names
-
First names are all you need. No surnames,
no titles, no credentials required.
- Speaking
-
Everyone gets a chance to speak if they want
to. No one is put on the spot — you're
welcome to simply listen.
- Structure
-
Roughly the first half is checking in and
hearing from everyone; the second half moves
into a shared topic — sometimes planned,
sometimes whatever comes up naturally.
- Who it's for
-
Any adult — diagnosed, self-suspecting, or
supporting someone who is. No experience or
diagnosis required.
- Common topics
-
Time blindness, overwhelm, masking,
relationships, work, executive function,
rejection sensitivity, burnout — and
whatever's actually alive for the group
that week.
- One important note
-
This is peer support, not a mental health
crisis service. If you're in crisis, please
contact a local crisis line, resource, or
emergency service for your region.
