Privacy Policy

What I collect

• When you register for the Talks: your name and email address.
• If you reach out directly or book a coaching call: whatever you share with me — name, email, and the content of our conversation.

How I use it

• To send you session links, reminders, and updates about ADHD-Neurodiversity Talks.
• To send occasional newsletter content and coaching offers from Anne Dupal.
• To improve these talks and my coaching work over time.

Session recordings

Sessions are recorded via Zoom for my own reference — so I can revisit conversations, improve these talks, and, where appropriate, develop future teaching materials. Recordings are private and stored securely; only I have access, and they're never shared or published.

No personal stories or identifying information are ever used. By registering, you're agreeing to be part of a recorded session. Participants are initially asked to join with their cameras on to help create a connected and comfortable space. They may turn their cameras off later if needed.

Who I share data with

• I don't sell your data. Ever.
• I use trusted tools to run this — Zoom for calls and recordings, and my email platform for sending emails. These providers process your data on my behalf under their own security standards.
• I don't share your data with anyone else.

How long I keep it

I keep your information for as long as you're subscribed, plus a reasonable period in case you'd like to return. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your rights & choices

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link included in our emails.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing adhdtalks@annedupal.com .

I may update this policy occasionally. The most current version will always be available on this page, together with the date of the latest update.
